This is a fabulous hotel! Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, importantly for me, the shower was excellent (they’ve clearly spent money on the hot water system as we were top floor). Downstairs bar is immaculately set up, great for a nightcap! Staff were friendly and attentive! Breakfast again in a lovely setting and lots of choice, with a few nice traditional dishes on the menu eg Welsh cakes and Welsh Rarebit! Would certainly recommend!
From the minute you walk through the door you get a warm welcome from Wei. She is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are tastefully decorated. We stayed in room 8 for the second time which has had a bathroom upgrade since the last time we stayed. This is our 3rd visit and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Breakfast is delicious and plenty to choose from. It also comes with the benefit of a parking space. Hopefully we will return next year

Well I've just had the privalage of staying in the is beautiful hotel this weekend, a perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and also to the sea front as well, the couple who run the hotel are lovely and welcoming. If you're thinking of staying in llandudno, then do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful 5 star hotel, thank you for you're wonderful hospitality.
Stayed for a 4 day break, and as usual loved it. The owners are very friendly, and the breakfast amazing. The rooms are modern, and spotless. And after a long day, you can sit in the lounge, and have a nice drink. Will definitely be booking again.
Beautiful hotel, situated in a quiet road, but only 5 minutes from the town centre. Bedroom spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Numerous choices for breakfast; we settled for traditional English and the portions were very tasty and substantial. Other choices included crumpets, bagels and smoked salmon with scrambled egg. Very well run, very friendly and highly recommended!
What a lovely place to stay in Llandudno. Wei is so welcoming and both my brother and I had lovely clean and tastefully decorated rooms. The standard of the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is on a very quiet street just a few minutes from the Pier, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Absolutely spotless hotel . We have stayed a few times in the past but this is the first time with the new owners . What a lovely couple . They could not do enough to make our stay perfect . They have obviously spent money on the hotel , new carpets , new showers , fresh paint , etc . The breakfast was amazing and i have to add that the towels were the largest and softest that we have ever come across . We will definitely be revisiting in the future.
